3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb. napa cabbage, thinly sliced
2 large plums, cut into matchsticks
6 scallions, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup wasabi peas
1. In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce and ginger; whisk in the sesame oil.
2. Add the cabbage, plums and scallions and toss to coat; season with salt and pepper and wasabi peas.
